Tickets go on sale for 2010 Australian F1 Grand Prix

The dust has still not settled on Jenson Button's magnificent 2009 Formula One Drivers' Championship success but there's no reason not to start planning how best to see next year's grands prix.

The rumours are already flying around that Button could team up with his predecessor as world champion Lewis Hamilton at McLaren next season but whether he signs a new contract with Brawn or moves on, one of the better places to see the new champ in action is in Melbourne, at the Albert Park circuit, provisionally scheduled for the week of March 25-28.

Jenson Button gets off to flying start in the Brawn GP car at the 2009 Australian GP. Button won the race and went on to win the driver's title. Pic courtesy of Brawn GPTickets for the race, both one-day and four-day packages, are on sale now at Formula1.com. Prices for a one-day general admission pass for race day start at £60.57stg for adults while four-day tickets begin at £113.91.

Check back with us at nextbigsportsevent.com for our definitive guide to Melbourne, one of the great sporting cities of the world, which will also stage the Australian Open tennis in January.
